It`s been proposed by MP`s that new drivers should be forced to take a year to learn to cut the number of deaths caused by novice motorists. The proposals would raise the minimum driving age to 18 - in line with most of Europe - because people could only apply for a provisional licence at 17.

DVLA Registration on Powered Wheelchairs & Scooters
Articles in two recent editions of the Mail on Sunday have sparked fears for thousands of powered wheelchair and mobility scooter users. The items referred to legislation stating that Class 3 vehicles such as these should be registered with the DVLA.
